5 out of 5 starsJM Home Prep provides top-notch painting services, and I would highly recommend them for any residential or commercial job. I hired Matt and Jake to paint the external walls, doors, eaves, and posts of my entire house in Wilton Manors. They promptly replied to my web inquiry, scheduled a visit to assess the work needed to complete my project, emailed a very fair and reasonable quote, and scheduled the job to conveniently fit my requirements. They made a second visit to my house to select and advise paint colors. They listened to what I was looking for, and they steered me to 3 colors that worked very well with my house and the color of my roof. They completed the painting in ~3.5 work days. They were very professional and efficient, handling the small details with care, including scraping and sanding surfaces and filling in holes. The transition of different paint colors around the edges of walls, doors, and windows was top notch – not sloppy, not careless, but sharp and clean. I very much appreciated the attention to details. The surrounding surfaces were also clean at the end of the job – no blobs of paint on the patio or other ground surfaces. I am very pleased with their work. (Before and After pics below)

Matt and his partner did an amazing job at our house in Wilton. Not only with their excellent work but also with recommendations on how to finish certain areas . 5 out of 5 starsI had the pleasure of welcoming JM Prep into my home for interior painting and I was so pleased with the results and their scheduling flexibility that I asked them to do the exterior as well. Matt and Jake are professionals who take their vocation seriously and they honor their commitments and they are extremely efficient. Their estimates are fair and extras and plan b’s are always explained along the way. Whether prepping an interior space and wrapping furniture or power washing the exterior prior to painting they work together seamlessly and move in tandem when necessary to get the job done. They also divide and conquer a tremendous amount of work. They are very knowledgeable about color choices and the exterior paint job is exquisite. It highlights their suggestions of color palate for the house, front door, garage door and eaves. The final result is an integrated, vibrant, eye pleasing home with a comfort level that puts the focus clearly on the modern but respecting the design element of mid century modern homes.

They are extremely professional, excellent communicators, came out fast to estimate. Sets up timeline for project set clear expectations if any changes due to other projects or weather they let you know right away. Paints like it was their own house. Very clean and organized. Makes sure the customer will be totally satisfied. Does not just paint gives advice too. Can really tell they have been in the business and know what they are doing. They really work with the customer and are very flexible and understanding. The quality of the paint job is impeccable. Totally satisfied highly recommended.
